Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All products sold by THE CLOTHING GAME are digital and delivered instantly after payment. Digital products can't be returned once accessed, so we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds, including for change of mind or accidental purchase. 

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

At checkout you are asked to agree that your product will be delivered immediately and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once delivery starts. By giving that agreement and completing your purchase, you accept that the order can't be cancelled. 

FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED PRODUCTS

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your product is faulty, won't download, or isn't as described, email theclothinggame1@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We will fix the issue or send a replacement. If neither is possible, we will issue a partial or full refund.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We reply within 48 hours.
