License

When you buy from The Clothing Game, you're buying a licence to use the files, not ownership of them. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

YOU CAN

• Use the assets in designs for your own clothing brand, including products you sell
• Edit, recolour and combine the assets with your own artwork
• Use them in marketing for your products (social posts, ads, lookbooks, websites)
• Use them for client work, as long as the client only receives finished designs, not the original files

YOU CAN'T

• Resell, share, give away or redistribute the original or edited files, including inside another template, pack or bundle
• Upload the files to marketplaces, shared drives or file-sharing sites
• Claim the assets themselves as your own original work

LICENCE TERMS

• One purchase = one licence for one person or brand
• The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable
• If these terms are broken, the licence ends and the files must no longer be used
